I am very happy to inform you the release of my new book "ORTHOPEDIC DISABILITY EVALUATION IN MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CASES". This book is the result of my 2 decades of experience in giving evidences in the court of law for disability assessments. This is an unique book which was very much anticipated by both the orthopedic and legal fraternity as there was no book which could guide both the orthopedic surgeons and the court in proper estimation of disabilities arising out of road traffic accidents.

It is a matter of great pride and honor for me that the book is being released by Karnataka Judicial Academy and doing the honors is the very eminent Padmavibhusan Hon'ble Mr Justice Shri M N Venkantachaliaha, Former Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court and Chairman National Human Rights Commission.

The Chief Guest of the Function is Hon'ble Chief Justice of Karnataka, Shri D H Waghela.
The foreword for the book is written by Hon'ble Justice N Kumar, a very respected senior Judge of Karnataka High court and by Justice MN Venkatachaliaha.

The very fact that such legal stalwarts of Indian Judiciary has taken such keen interest in my book speaks very highly of the calibre of the book and this will pave way for the acceptance of my book in all the courts across India. Such a book was need of the hour and fulfills the long standing lacunae in credible evidence in the court of law towards proper disability assessment by the orthopedic surgeons,lawyers and the courts. Ultimately the patients will benefit with good and better judgments as there will be more clarity over the issue now, thanks to this book.

BOOK RELEASE ON 11TH JUNE 2014

The book on "Orthopedic Disability Evaluation in Motor Vehicle Accident Cases" authored by Dr John Ebnezar was released with great fan fare by Hon'ble Shri MN Venkatachalaiha,Former Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court and Chairman of the National Human rights Commission,Hon'ble Shri DH Waghela,Chief Justice,Karnataka High Court,Hon'ble Justice N Kumar,Judge,Karnataka High Court in a well attended function at the Karnataka Judicial Academy on June 11th 2014 at 5 pm. Everyone lauded the efforts of Dr John Ebnezar and called it as a Landmark book. More than 350 people participated in the book release program and the event was widely covered in the media bothprint and electronic. This was another big feather in the cap for Dr John Ebnezar in his illustriuos career..
