Awarded the prestigious Aryabhatta Award for medicine in the year 2004 by the Aryabhatta Cultural Organisation on April 15th 2004 by justice Sadashivaiaha and Dr. M. Thimappa, Vice-Chancellor, Bangalore University for his outstanding achievements in the field of orthopaedics. First and the only orthopaedic surgeon from Karnataka to get this coveted award.

- Has been honored with Honorary Life Membership from the CEO of Bangalore YMCA, Mr. Narendranath on November 2nd 2005 for his outstanding work in holistic orthopaedics. First orthopaedic surgeon from Karnataka to receive such an honour.
- Conferred the prestigious YMCA Award by Shri Basavaraj Horatti, Hon’ble Minister for Primary Education and Law, on Mar 27th 2006 for new treatment method in Orthopaedics EBNEZAR’S INTEGRATED HOLISTIC THERAPY.
